Welcome! I am Shari Ito and I am part of Waiau Elementary's Counseling Team. My passion is working with people, students, parents, teachers and helping others which brought me to Waiau's PSAP (Primary School Adjustment Program) Assistant and Liaison.

With PSAP we hope to develop in our children:
* An awareness of their feelings
* Developing their problem solving skills
* Learning to accept limits and demonstrating self-control
* Helping them make positive choices
