Aloha, Waiau Musicians!

Hello! My name is Rana Harada. I am the music teacher at Waiau Elementary School.
 
I graduated from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa with a B.Ed Music Education degree. I priory play string instruments like violin, ‘ukulele, and guitar. However, I do have experience playing other instruments. For instance, I marched in UH Drumline as Cymbalist, so some of you may have seen me marching on the field or playing in a parking lot during UH football games. I also enjoy dancing the hula.
 
Waiau Elementary School is the first school I am working at after I received my college degree. I look forward to making music with all students and nourishing the learning of diverse subject areas and cultures through the world of music!
