Our 6th graders successfully defended their championship from last year as 5th graders, to come out on top as the 2019 Annual Pearl City Complex Basketball Tournament 6th Grade Champions. Our 5th Grade team did very well as they won their quarter final playoff game and advanced to the semi-finals. Special shout out to Coach Gregg Sato, whom along with Coach Scott Fong, deserve a ton of credit for their continued success.

Thank you to our amazing Waiau 'ohana! After weeks of selling, sorting and organizing, our Regal Foods Fundraiser is finally finished. Over 5000 items sold with a profit of over $13K. With these funds, we will be able to continue sponsoring family events, field trips, school equipment and other needs for our keiki. Winners will be announced at our 1st Quarter Assembly on Friday, October 4th. Mahalo! Your Waiau PTA!

Waiau Elementary has a new before school program provider. The new provider is the Mililani YMCA. Registration must be completed and confirmed by the Mililani YMCA before students can attend. No walk-ins and no one-day program available. Program hours are 6:00-7:40 am. Applications are available in the school office, however, all paperwork and payments must be submitted directly to the Mililani YMCA. If you have questions, please call the Mililani YMCA at 625-1040.
