Hi! I am a special education teacher at Waiau Elementary. I have been at Waiau since 2007 and have worked as a preschool, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade special education teacher.
I love being a teacher because of the direct impact teachers have on students. It is so rewarding to see students develop academically, in their relationships with peers, and in their personal core values.
In my downtime, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my family and friends. On the weekends I like to go hiking, play and coach soccer, swim at the beach, or do anything else that keeps me moving and active!
